The Mission of the Friends of Lords Park Farm Zoo (LPFZ) and Lords Park Community Garden project (LPCG) is to bring viability and sustainability to Lords Park Zoo property, resident animals, farm zoo exhibit, structural maintenance and educational programs via volunteering, educational outreach, donation collecting and corporate sponsorships while building cooperative spirit by increasing and enhancing community gardening and sustainability in Elgin while helping our neighbors by providing fresh produce to those in need.
